How can I help?
As a non-profit organization the success of many of Philmont's programs depend on the help and support of passionate volunteers. With this said we've dedicated this page to showcasing all sorts of exciting Philmont promotional materials designed to make volunteer efforts as successful as possible.
Where can I promote Philmont?
Roundtables, Universities of Scouting, Committee Meetings, Cub Scout Midways, and Philmont Training Center Family Meetings are classic examples of promotional opportunities, however any gathering of Scouters could also be great a great opportunity to recruit new Philmont participants.
How can I request Philmont promotional materials?
To request Philmont promotional materials call (575) 376-2281 and ask for Fran Romero. You may also make a request via Camping@PhilmontScoutRanch.org. Philmont will only ship promotional materials to council offices so please include your council name and address in your inquiry. If you aren't sure which council you belong to, click here.
Banners - We have a limited number of the large 6-foot promotional banners. For this reason we ask that you have a promotional event in mind when you request a banner. In order to make sure that we continue to have enough banners for eveyone's needs we ask that you also specify the date that you intend to mail the banner back.
Type of Event/How many people? - In your request please include the type of event as well as how many people you expect to attend. If you would just like some materials for your council office, this is great too!

These materials are included in general promotional kits that Philmont sends out. If you don't have time to wait for a package from Philmont, you may print out the "PDF" handouts below.

These fullcolor 11x15 inch glossy posters look great tacked to walls or as window displays.
Banners
All banners are shipped from Philmont in these handy tote tubes. Each shipment comes with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
