Great troops have two things in common: a planned, well communicated program, and strong, trained leadership. How to get that program planned, elements that should be included, how successful troops get there, training youth and adult leaders, and other key topics will be discussed. Scoutmasters, troop committee members, troop commissioners, and other Scouters interested in building Strong troops with strong program are encouraged to attend this very important conference.
