Camping and Outdoor Program Committee Administration

The purpose of the Camp Standards is to provide for a consistently safe and quality camping and outdoor program for youth by focusing on continuous improvement of a sustainable camping and outdoor program. This conference is designed for Area Camp Assessment Team chairpersons, Area volunteers with camp analysis responsibilities, and Council directors of camping and camping chairs and will focus on “how to” implement the new BSA Camp Standards process, starting with an understanding of the Standards and then delving into the Application and Authorization process and the new reporting elements.
