A conference designed to help councils conduct advanced leadership training courses such as Wood Badge, National Youth Leadership Training, Kodiak Challenge, and Powderhorn. If you have lots of experience, or are new to the leadership training world and want to get started, this session of idea sharing, best practices, and polices will help you serve youth and adults. Primarily for staff advisers, course directors, and council and district training chairs. Will count as a course director conference for approved course directors of upcoming courses.
