A Scout is thrifty and always uses resources wisely. Today, local councils have valuable properties that demand the use of modern conservation practices. This conference is designed guide council, district and unit leaders in sound conservation practices and to utilize good turn programs, Conservation USA and the William T. Hornaday Awards to enhance their conservation program. Implementing effective council committees, utilizing good turn programs and the Hornaday Awards program are included. Participants will receive a Conservation USA Project Leader National Certificate.
