Imagine enjoying the quality time of a week at Philmont with your Key-3 – and Key-3s from many other councils – discussing the role of the Key 3 and how we work together to build and operate successful councils and districts. Improving your Journey to Excellence standing, as well as idea-sharing, problem-solving, exploring successful council and district operation techniques, recruiting volunteers, and other topics of interest. Participants should only attend as a district Key 3 team.
