Master Trainer

The Master Trainer Certificate Course is intended to begin to bring consistency to all BSA training delivered to adult leaders and youth. Upon completing this course, Master Trainers will demonstrate their ability to deliver and/or facilitate training courses and then follow-up with measuring and evaluation that will prove that learning has been transferred to the learner and the BSA’s intended mission is accomplished. Under the direction of the Council/District Training Committees, the master trainer will analyze needs for council/district curriculum and provide a needs analysis to the committees as needed, as well as, develop strategic training plans for a council and provide a 2-year plan for council-wide training offerings.
