Project COPE features eight major goals: teamwork, communication, trust, decision making, problem solving, leadership, planning and self-esteem. This course is designed to help Scouters refine their understanding of how to deliver COPE programs. Participants may qualify as a BSA COPE instructor or director. Participants must be in excellent physical condition. BSA Annual Health and Medical Record – Parts A, B, C and D required. Participants will not have an opportunity to be with their family during the week.
