Strong Cub Scouting is the key to the future of the BSA! Cub Scouting is the largest phase of the BSA program, and nearly all Boy Scouts are former Cub Scouts. The conference for den leaders, Cubmasters, and pack committee members will give Cub Scouters the opportunity to learn about, and share, best practices that help Cub Scouting have the greatest impact on the life of a young man and his family, and that make packs successful.
