Surplus Trail Meals

We have just completed another great season at Philmont Scout Ranch. We do have some surplus trail meals for sale. These meals are great for training hikes or other local council activities.

Philmont is once again offering surplus trail meals for sale.  We expect to sell out quickly.  We hope that you will take this time to review your need for surplus meals for the next 12 months and place an order  as soon as possible.

Our Trail Meal Ordering Pack includes pricing, a form for supplying credit card information for billing, and menus of each breakfast, lunch and dinner meal.

Since there is a limited supply of meals this year there are no discounts being offered for volume.  we encourage you to look at your needs for the next 12 months as we fully expect to have sold out on all meals well before December 31, 2012.  We do not expect to have any meals to offer for sale in the spring of 2013.

Shipping will begin on September 15, 2012, but we encourage you to submit your order as soon as possible.  Barry Harper, our commissary manager will be shipping orders based on the order they are received.  Some meals will sell out very quickly.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and added once orders are placed. There are no handling fees, just the actual cost of shipping.

Most surplus meal orders are shipped within 5 business days from receipt of the order. Unless special shipping is requested the order will be shipped by UPS Ground and the freight charges will be added to your order. UPS Ground delivers the meals in 3 to 5 days to most locations in the USA.
