Camp Cooking In Action

This enhanced outdoor cooking course is focused on teaching cooking skills to Scouts. A successful camping program includes well-balanced and delicious meals. More importantly, teaching Scouts to become good cooks builds their confidence while building a life skill. Your week at PTC will be a hands-on course in planning and cooking a variety of meals using outdoor cooking methods. Instruction will include basics, nutrition, health and safety, menu planning and demonstrations using several BSA resources as reference material.
