Conference Attendees and Family Programs:

Parts A and B are required for all participants attending PTC Conferences and all the following
program groups: Small Fry, Bandits, Ropers, Deputies, Broncos, Silverados.
These groups have limited hiking and backcountry time. The Immunization Exemption Request is optional.

Mountain Trek, Sidewinders, & Mustangs, NAYLE, PLC, NAYLE & PLC STAFF:

Parts A, B, and C are required for all participants in Mountain Trek, Sidewinders, Mustangs,

well as NAYLE, NAYLE Staff, PLC, and PLC Staff. These groups will undertake strenuous hiking and camping in the
