Wrap up your week at Philmont by sharing ideas and best practices with trainers from across the US. Trained leaders bring the best scouting has to offer our youth, so let’s get our leaders trained!
Topics and discussions will include:
- Building a strong training team,
- Building partnerships to improve training
- And . . . . . so much more!
Participants will also learn about advanced training including Leadership Challenge for adults and a get a sneak peek at the Leadership Academy and NAYLE, both leadership courses for our youth.
Conference Dates: July 24 – 27
Conference Fee: $200 plus housing
