It is with great excitement that we announce that Roger B. Hoyt has been selected to serve as the new General Manager of Philmont Scout Ranch and will arrive on the Ranch in January 2019. Roger and his wife Diana currently reside in Fargo, ND, where Roger serves as the Scout Executive of the Northern Lights Council. Please join us in welcoming Roger and Diana to the Philmont family!
