Developing a Culture of Growth
Members of the National Membership Committee with selected special guests will conduct a series of workshops designed to create an understanding of the membership organization structure, successful methods and recruitment cycles with the intention of creating fully trained volunteer teams that understand how to collaborate effectively with the professional staff to significantly grow scouting in your council.
Who should attend? This week is dedicated to equipping, engaging and empowering Council Membership VPs and their committee members, Commissioners, and District and Unit level volunteers involved in recruitment, and council professionals.
This week will be filled with fun and exciting opportunities to network with membership experts, fellowship with Scouters from around the nation, and be part of the solution to helping Scouting grow membership again.

Conference Fee: $395 plus housing
