Terrace Canvas Tent
Sleeps 2 people comfortably! Your 10′ x 12′ terrace canvas wall tent is on a wood or concrete platform and contains a pair of twin beds featuring metal-spring frames and mattresses, chairs, a metal locker, an electric outlet, and a light. Please let us know if you would like a cot in your tent to fit a small child. Our Terrace tents are a short walk to our Shower houses, where individual locking units contain a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, and power outlets.
Philmont does not provide bedding for our canvas terrace tents. You will need to bring bedding and linens from home. However, you can rent a Bed-in-a-Bag that includes premium bedding, linens, and a floor rug! You can select this option in the housing reservation system.
Luxury Deluxe Tents
The Philmont Training Center is excited to offer Luxury Deluxe Tents for families and guests to use during their stay for an additional fee. These tents offer room for 5 – 6 with electricity and a ceiling fan. In the main room is a queen-sized bed and in the side room are 2 sets of bunk beds. The Luxury Deluxe Tents are a short walk to our shower house, where individual locking units contain a shower, sink, toilet, mirror, and power outlets.
Philmont provides upgraded bedding and towels during your stay in the Luxury Deluxe Tents. Room cleaning services will not be provided during the duration of your stay.
Lodge Rooms
Our Lodge Roofed Housing option is similar to a hotel room that contains one open room with beds, futon, microwave, and refrigerator. There is an attached private bathroom containing a toilet, sink, and shower.
Philmont will provide bedding and towels during your stay in the Lodge Rooms. Room cleaning services will not be provided during the duration of your stay.
Lodge Room – Style 1: Can sleep 2 – 3 people. With two twin beds and a futon.
Lodge Room – Style 2: Can sleep 4 – 5 people. With two sets of bunk beds and a futon.
Bungalows
Our Bungalow Roofed Housing option contains two rooms – one bedroom containing all beds, and one living room with microwave, refrigerator, and couch. There is an attached private bathroom containing a toilet, sink, and shower.
Philmont will provide bedding and towels during your stay in the Villa Bungalows. Room cleaning services will not be provided during the duration of your stay.
Bungalow – Style 1: Can sleep 3 people with a set of bunk beds & 1 twin bed.
Bungalow – Style 2: Can sleep 6 – 7 people with a set of bunk beds, 4 twin beds, and a pull-out couch.
Conference Rooms
The Philmont Training Center has conference rooms for groups of 6 – 300+ guests with flexible configuration and setup. Each conference room is equipped with a 70-inch flatscreen TV or HDMI capable projector. Each room has Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, whiteboards, and bulletin boards.
