Philmont Camping Participants

Parts A, B, and C are required for each participant in a trek, cavalcade or other backcountry experience. The Immunization Request is optional.

Philmont Training Center Participants

Parts A and B are required for all participants attending PTC Conferences and the following program groups: Philmont Family Adventure Camp(Tooth Hike requires Part C), Small Fry, Bandits, Ropers, Deputies, Broncos, and Silverados. These groups have limited hiking and backcountry time. The Immunization Request is optional.

Mountain Trek, Sidewinders, Mustangs, NAYLE, PLC, NAYLE & PLC Staff

Parts A, B, and C are required for all participants in Mountain Trek, Sidewinders, Mustangs, as well as NAYLE, NAYLE Staff, PLC, PLC Staff, and full-week Philmont Family Adventure Camp Participants wishing to do the Tooth Hike. These groups will undertake strenuous hiking and camping in the backcountry. The Immunization Request is optional.
