Philmont Scout Ranch is a premier high adventure destination for Scouts from all over the United States and abroad. With over 140,000 acres of beautiful wilderness, Philmont offers a wide range of programs, including rock climbing, horseback riding, mine tours, and living history experiences. Since 1939, Philmont programs have attracted more than 1 million participants. The Philmont property also serves as the national training center for the Boy Scouts of America. As a full-time employee, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting these programs and ensuring that Scouts have a memorable and enriching experience.
