Philmont Backcountry Participants & Staff
Parts A, B, and CĀ are required for each participant involved in a trek, cavalcade or any backcountry experience that involves a Tooth of Time hike or spending the night in the backcountry. This includes Mountain Trek, Philmont Sneak Peak, NAYLE, PLC, and NAYLE and PLC Staff. This is also the form required for all seasonal staff.Ā
The Immunization Exemption Request form is optional.Ā
Philmont Training Center Participants
Parts A and BĀ are required for all participants attending Scouting America Family Adventure Camp, PTC Conferences, and the following youth conference groups:Ā
- Small FryĀ
- SilveradoĀ
- Kids ‘n KinĀ
- Family Adventure CampĀ
These groups have limited hiking and backcountry time.Ā Ā
Participants in any camp activity over 72 hours, Mountain Trek, Philmont Sneak Peak, NAYLE, PLC, and NAYLE and PLC Staff are required to complete Part C as well.Ā
