This training is required for all staff at Philmont Scout Ranch. This training is intended to unite staff towards a common purpose, while also reviewing important policies & procedures to ensure everyone has a positive experience.
Total Time: 141 Minutes
Please review all of the sections below and complete the test. This is an “open book” test which can be taken as many times as possible to meet the required score.

Please complete the test below to complete the online portion of Philmont All Staff training. The resources above may be used while completing this test, but completion of this test is an individual effort. Once you complete the test you will be emailed a certificate of completion which includes your score. You will need to retake the test until you recieve a score of 350 out of 400. This certificate should then be uploaded into WorkBright prior to your arrival on the ranch.
